Our model is the 17th Amendment. The states were on state away from calling an Article V Convention. Congress was so scared by the convention that they passed the 17th Amendment and sent it to the states for ratification.

It is important that you learn about the Article V Convention and memorize effective talking points to educate Maryland resident but most importantly we have to get the state representatives to understand not to fear the Article. We must have the Article V Convention appeal to the selfish side of both the state representatives and to the residents. People need to have an incentive other than restoring democracy for them to take action.
